The Youth Empowerment Club (YEC) organized "AWAAZ," an inter-branch reel-making competition exclusively for freshers, held online between 2nd and 10th August, 2026.

AWAAZ challenged students to recreate iconic cinematic scenes by reimagining them through pressing socio-cultural themes to encourage critical thinking and teamwork.

Participating in teams of five or more, students submitted entries across four impactful themes: The Fourth Pillar (Media Freedom & Democracy), Scrolled & Sold (Digital Addiction & Fraud), The Life I Didn’t Choose (Autonomy & Personal Choices), and The Weight We Don’t Talk About (Mental Health Awareness).
